CSSL of Lufkin has been a Godsend to my family! They take such good care of my dad. His quality of life is so much better here. I don’t have to worry about him. They make sure he’s eating good, and they give him all his medications. They have so many activities and he always have someone around to visit with. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Plenty of parking and a very well laid out assisted living facility. CSSL of Jacksonville is clean, fresh and well maintained. Visitors are required to sign in and wear masks.
Rooms have their own bathroom with a shower/tub, a kitchenette with a small dining table and an elevated television with handheld remote control for volume and channels.
Occupants can have their meals brought to their room or dine within a large on-site dining room.
I find the CSSL of Jacksonville exceptional in the care afforded to their tenants and whole heartedly recommend this facility to those who seek Assisted Living for themselves or their relatives.

CSSL of Wichita Falls made my mom feel so special, happy and cared for in her last few years. The staff and management is extremely friendly and go over the top in concern and care for their residents. Activities are scheduled throughout the week allowing everyone to enjoy time with others. Bingo was my mom's favorite. Arbor House itself is very neat and clean. I cannot give enough praise and will be forever grateful for what they did for my mom and family.

This place is amazing, Great care staff who greet you with a smile at the door. Quaint, home-like feel in a warm and clean community. Smiles all around this place, where i found happy, healthy residents who are actively engaged with Activities. The nurse Shanika is kind, and has attention to detail, and she is truly managing the quality of care for these residents. The Executive Director Sandy knows what she's doing, and you can tell! She's there to lead the team and enhance the quality of life and quality of care for those residents. 10/10 recommend!

My mom moved in a week ago. I have been impressed with management and staff and how their philosophy of residents first is demonstrated in their daily activities. The food is great and the facility is beautiful, neat and clean.
