Countryside Senior Living of Wichita Falls is a resident-centered assisted living and Dementia Care community. We provide a home-like environment for seniors who need assistance with normal activity of daily living. Our well-trained staff are specialized in memory-related diseases and offer assistance in all areas of care.

A long-term care ombudsman helps residents of a nursing facility and residents of an assisted living facility resolve complaints. Help provided by an ombudsman is confidential and free of charge. To speak with an ombudsman, a person may call the toll-free number, 1-800-252-2412.

Meet Troy Dueberry our Executive Director for Countryside Senior Living of Wichita Falls

I’m Troy Dueberry, Executive Director at Countryside Senior Living, and I’m proud to call the Texoma area my Home. Spending quality time with family and friends is something I cherish deeply. My nephew is the true light of my life and a blessing to our entire family. I believe that when your priorities are in order—faith, family and community —everything else falls into place.

I’ve spent a total of 7 years working in healthcare, and there’s nothing more rewarding than helping people each day. Even the smallest acts can mean the world to someone, and I’m honored to play a role in making a difference in others’ lives.

At Countryside Senior Living, we’re on an exciting journey, and I’m thrilled about the direction we’re headed. We offer a wonderful community to call home, with excellent food and exceptional care.

Education and Service:

2009 – Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing
2011 – Served on the 4R Board, a non-profit dedicated to raising funds for APS to provide resources they cannot otherwise afford
2024 – Certified Assisted Living Manager (CALM)

I’m also an active member of Byers Assembly Church, where I enjoy serving and volunteering in my local community.
