Hello, my name is Tracy Tyner, and I am truly honored to introduce myself as the Executive Director of Countryside Senior Living of Wichita Falls.
I have spent the last 19 years in healthcare, beginning my journey at just 16 years old as a Certified Nursing Assistant. From the very start I realized, caring for others was more than a job, it was my purpose. I went on to become a Licensed Vocational Nurse and later earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, but no matter the title, the heart of my work has always been caring for people.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving the geriatric community, with a special focus on Long-Term and Hospice Care. These years have taught me the true meaning of compassion, patience, and presence, and they continue to shape the way I lead today.
Because of my clinical background and years of leadership experience, I feel deeply confident in guiding the incredible team of caregivers at Countryside. Together, we are committed to providing exceptional, individualized care, while always honoring each resident’s story, dignity, and independence.
More than anything, my hope is to create a warm and welcoming home. A place filled with comfort, laughter, familiar faces, and plenty of smiles. A place where residents feel safe, valued, and loved, and where families feel peace knowing their loved one is in caring hands.
It is such a privilege to serve this community, and I look forward to building meaningful relationships with each resident, family, and team member as we continue our mission of caring with heart, integrity, and compassion.
