Throughout her career, she has focused on building meaningful partnerships, improving services, and helping organizations deliver exceptional care and support to those they serve.

Amber’s experience passion for leadership is rooted in a commitment to creating environments where residents feel valued, families feel supported, and team members are empowered to provide compassionate, person-centered care. To her, serving the senior population is the opportunity to build genuine relationships and learn from the remarkable life experiences of each resident. She believes every individual has a unique story worth celebrating and is dedicated to fostering a community where residents can maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life while receiving the support they need.
