A non-refundable security deposit is due upon move-in. It can also be paid at any time prior to move-in to secure a room preference. A deposit holds a suite for 30 days, after which the depositor is granted first right of refusal. In the event of a wait list, you will receive priority contact when a suite is available.

Care levels are reviewed annually or as required by the state in which the resident resides. They may also be reviewed at the request of a resident or family member; or at any time of significant change in health. At that time, the staff will discuss all aspects of the resident’s care needs and create a plan of care that best suits the resident.

Countryside Senior Living will arrange for moving and pay expenses up to $500.

Yes! In fact, pets are encouraged. We have a pet agreement that establishes the responsibilities of pet care, guidelines on size, number and types of pets accepted. A non-refundable deposit is required.

Seniorcise is an exercise program designed for the specific needs and abilities of our residents. This program keeps both body and mind more productive and is proven to reduce the number of falls experienced by those who participate regularly.

Yes, all services and amenities are available to our Respite guests.

Most long-term insurance companies pay for assisted living care. However, each company has its own conditions and requirements. We are able to review the policy and answer questions the insurance company may have for you. LTC companies pay the client directly. The resident is responsible for paying Countryside Senior Living.
